Smooth and Healthy Skin

Fruits which can soften and nourish the skin:
Grapefruit, in believing that the young red fruit contains lycopene, a carotenoid that can help maintain skin smoothness. According to a study published in European Journal of Farmacy and Biopharmaceutics in 2008, researchers found that people who have skin with a high concentration of lycopene, on average they have a smoother skin. We can also get lycopene from fruits such as tomatoes, carrots, watermelon, guava, and red peppers.
